RAISING AWARENESS OF THE GROUP’S CODE OF ETHICS: SYMBOLIC PRESENTATION OF THE CODE TO KEY FOXTROT & SECI PEOPLE AND ENTITIES

On Thursday February 29, 2024, Mr. KOUE BI Stéphane, internal whistleblower, accompanied by the Human Resources Director and the Legal and Tax Deputy Director, symbolically handed over the Group’s Code of Ethics to Messrs. KOUE BI Stéphane, Internal Alert Receiver, symbolically handed over the Group’s Code of Ethics to Mr. TAUZIA, Mr. ROL and Mr. COULIBALY, respectively Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director Technical and Secretary General of FOXTROT, to launch the campaign to officially hand over the Code of Ethics to members of the extended Management Committee, Staff Delegates, staff representatives and the Occupational Health and Safety Committee, as well as certain key department managers (ALS-MG, HR, Legal and Production). This will be followed by awareness-raising sessions for all staff throughout 2024.

At Group level, and particularly at FOXTROT and SECI, this code of ethics aims to embrace and unite all staff around shared values that are essential to instilling confidence in employees, customers and private and public shareholders and partners.

Also, since November 2023, FOXTROT has set up an internal system for reporting and handling alerts in complete confidentiality, which deserves to be known and popularized among staff and any entity in contact with FOXTROT. The aim is to prevent any reprehensible act likely to damage the interests and/or reputation of staff members, the company and its public and private partners.
