INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S RIGHTS DAY MARCH 8, 2024

"Investing in women: picking up the pace".

A luncheon debate brought together women from the company to discuss the status of women in society and in business.

Discussions with a speaker provided an opportunity to situate the evolution of women’s rights in a social and professional context, evoking several axes on the subject, including legislative advances on the status of women, both globally and in Ivory Coast.

Following an internal vote and based on our corporate values (availability, trust, ethics, respect, solidarity), a prize for the best colleague 2023 was awarded to Ms Abou Sonia, Onshore Operator.

Finally, a survey was carried out to gather the feelings of the company’s women about the position of women within our company. The results of this survey will be shared with management.
