MANAGEMENT REVIEW

The semi-annual management review took place on June 30th from 10h20 to 12h40 at the Grand Large. This meeting involved all processes pilotes and departments chiefs.

This review allowed evaluation of our integrated QSE Management System adequacy and efficacity.

The outcome of this brainstorming meeting is also to decide on the actions to implement in order to stay in line with the company’s objectives facing:

1. Continuing improving opportunities
2. Resources necessary for actions implementations
3. Changes to apply to the integrated QSE Management System
